Registration includes the Wednesday evening reception and dinner, breakfast and lunch on Thursday, breakfast on Friday morning, and CLE credits.
CLE Credits: Applications are pending. Depending on the state, attendance could be worth 6-8 credit hours.
Hotel Reservations at The Chateaux Deer Valley
We've secured a special group rate of $249 per night (plus 10.05% taxes and a daily $30 resort fee). The room rate is guaranteed for three days before and after the event, but it is based on availability. If you plan to extend your stay through the weekend, we recommend registering early to secure the special rate.
- Daily Resort Fee Includes: access to the fitness center, pool, and hot tub; wireless internet; in-room bottled water; business center access; ski, golf bag, and mountain bike storage; and an in-town shuttle.
To guarantee the AHIA group rate, your reservation must be made by October 14, 2025.

Wednesday Kickoff: Private Dinner at The Alpinist
Join us for a private dining experience at The Alpinist, a modern alpine restaurant just a short walk from The Chateaux. The warm, dimly lit interior, complete with earthy wood paneling and a vintage vinyl record player, creates the perfect setting for a memorable group dinner.

Staying for the weekend? Join us for a unique experience exploring Park City's mining history, paired with interesting wines, for a memorable outing! This 3-hour, Park City tour starts at your hotel with a tasty sparkling wine before boarding a luxury vehicle. Discover six historic landmarks around Park City where you'll sip wines that Kirsten Fox, Headmistress and executive sommelier, chooses for each location. Light, paired nibbles are included. $600 (tax & gratuity included)
